From my source (ProDemand and AllData): Flexplate to Crankshaft: 89 ft-pds. Torque Converter to Flexplate: 22-30 ft-pds. I've done a bunch of these 4R100 R&Rs. For flexplate to crank I typically use blue locktite on the bolts, set my torque wrench to 90 ft pds and tighten in a star pattern; have never had an issue.
